Kelly has always had a strong love of animals, rescuing random animals that needed a good home. After several years in many different jobs, she took a long look at what really interested her and finally took a step towards a childhood dream to work with animals and became a Veterinary Health Care Assistant. Kelly graduated from CDI College in July 2018.
She finds every area of veterinary medicine fascinating, and for her, every day is a pleasure helping the animals and their loved ones stay happy and healthy. Kelly says that working at Queen's Park Pet Hospital is a pleasure. Being a Fear Free℠ practice is not only a great piece of mind for our furry patients; it helps the team have a trusting relationship between the clients and everyone who works here. It makes for a very professional but comfortable place to work and visit.
Fun Fact: Kelly's love of animals comes in many forms. She currently has a Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound) named Kaelan, two cats (brothers) named Cozmo and Purrdy, a floppy-eared rabbit named Annabelle, four skinny pigs named Stella, Ena, Midna and Nella, and a bearded dragon named Mushu.
