Sarah

Sarah graduated from the Animal Health Technology program at Douglas College in 2011. She gained her initial experience in the veterinary field by volunteering at the Marine Mammal Rescue Centre, rehabilitating orphaned seal pups. Sarah has worked at Queen's Park Pet Hospital since the practice opened in 2014. Her areas of interest include anesthesia and client education. Her favourite part of being a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician is assisting with interesting surgeries and ensuring every pet has a Fear Free℠ visit.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys practicing yoga, attending concerts and cooking delicious vegetarian meals. She also loves spending time with her two Pomeranians, Lola and Zeke, and her rescue cat, Steven Purrwin.
